Founded in 1995, SIMTEC, act as a service provider for Simdi Office Automation. The division at present provides its services to more than 800 copiers, 1350 fax machines and a number of printers, scanners, multifunctional machines, etc.

As the only authorized technical service provider for Canon with technicians who are highly trained directly from the principals, it enjoys a competitive edge over its competitors who are just handful of individuals offering services without sufficient technical and product knowledge.
